All products listed are subject to availability. In case of stock shortages, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund. - Pricing
Prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice. Final prices will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation. - Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfers. Full payment must be made before or upon delivery, depending on your selected method. - Order Confirmation
Orders are only confirmed once payment (or intent to pay via COD) is verified. We reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed or suspicious orders. - Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and product availability. Delays due to external factors (e.g. weather, traffic, supplier delays) will be communicated. - Returns & Exchanges
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Delivery charges are non-refundable. - Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours for a resolution. - Warranty
